Silver Fields Resources Granted Coal Permits
Silver Fields Resources Inc., (SF.TSX.V) is pleased to announce the Company has been granted 36 Coal Disposition Permits by the Saskatchewan Ministry of Energy and Resources. The permits encompass three townships, one near Tobin Lake, totaling over 23,000 acres, located in an area 200 miles east of Saskatoon in the vicinity of the Goldsource Mines Inc. discovery, which is north of the Town of Hudson Bay Saskatchewan. The other two total over 46,000 acres southwest of Wapawekka Lake and southeast of Lac La Ronge near the intersection of Highways 165 and 912, in north central Saskatchewan.
The Company will now submit the required Surface Disturbance Reports, to the Ecological Protection Specialists from the Saskatchewan Ministry of Environment. These reports will follow the guidelines stated in the Best Management Practice (BMP) section of the province’s Mineral Exploration Guidelines.
